All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling the final delivery for U.S. addresses.

- Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship on Monday*, excluding U.S. postal holidays.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues
- If delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs once the package is returned to our fulfillment center.
- If the carrier marks your order as delivered, but it is later lost or stolen, the responsibility lies with the buyer to follow up with the carrier. Please ensure you provide a safe, secure delivery location.
Returns – Physical Products
We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee for physical products.
To receive a full refund**, you must return all bottles from your order (empty, full, or partially full), including any bonus or free bottles.
Return instructions:
- Include a note inside the package with:
- Your ClickBank Order ID
- Full Name and Address (where shipment was received)
- Email Address and Phone Number
- Original packing slip (if available)
